A 40-year-old lady who was 4 months postpartum, presented with clinical and biochemical features consistent with post partum thyroiditis associated with neck swelling. She had a family history of autoimmune thyroid disease. She underwent ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy which was reported as Thy3f and listed for diagnostic hemithyroidectomy.
